It's literally just a cheap recolor. They already charged more for getting the full perm dragon despite people already having perm dragon prior, and on top of that they charged 20 bucks for this skin. It's a skin. No matter how limited it is, 20 bucks for a skin is ridiculous, it's just a pathetic cash grab. It's excessive pricing for something that isn't even worth a quarter of the price it is. The whole chromatic thing is another cash grab, like the whole game has basically become at this point, and that's a core reason why people are pissed.
