I live here but true it's one of the dirtiest town around...very disorganized.The streets are never swept.

Good video but your Title is mis-informed. Where is Ngong neglected here ? Are there open sewage, Potholes, Gargbage, street children, ruins and so on ? . I just see a vibrant town full of hardworking people going about their business. Don't turnish an upcoming town's name because its rained a little and you afraid of driving in the mud. Also, you repeat yourself to much and seem like you were not prepared with geographical or social knowledge about this beautiful Town. The Honeysuckers or Lorries transporting Water are not wierd, they are inovators providing solutions to locals in the area. Kindregards.
