To clear up any possible confusion about the pay it later option, you pay for your preorder WHENEVER you feel it’s convenient, as long as you do it before the 2 weeks prior to it’s release. THAT is what makes me love this site more than others.

@@J0rdan-coollol I think you have to hit up their customer service. I think you were supposed to get an email with them asking for a picture of your id to verify your account

Hi KGR, I’m from Spain, in my opinion nin nin game is a good page. But from my experience the best option is Amazon japan. When I compare the prices with shipping + VAT included I usually came up to save around 100€ when ordering on Amazon jp compared to nin nin game

Maaan I got pissed from them , I preordered 2 items 1- Dx Mazinger z , 2- boss Borot, and I paid fully amount with shipping after one month now suddenly the status become from paid to pay later and in seconds becomes order cancelled 😡 😡😡😡

regardless of their turnover rate with their warehouse/shipping, do you think they receive pre ordered item stocks at release date ? i had experience pre ordered Metal Build and Gunpla from luna park store and i think they received their stocks weeks later after the actual release date.

Absolutely. They sometimes get 2nd hand stuff in, which will be marked as such. But if it’s a good price, I’d hop on it ASAP

They want you to send a pic of your ID I think to verify your address. A lot of people have been telling me about this. I don’t remember doing it myself but it seems to be a common issue. I’m sure it’s a once and done thing. Verify once and you won’t have an ID check everytime

You have to select pay it later instead of putting in your card info

@@SebastianMartinez-qq6tu no worries ☺️ no it doesn’t affect the shipping cost. If anything, it’s better to do private warehouse as well as pay it later if you plan on importing often so you can save money on combined orders that come out in the same month.

Question, how exactly do you cancel an order?

It’s a process. I typically Google “Nin-Nin-Game Customer Service” and there will be a “freshdesk” link. Then you submit a ticket saying you wanna cancel a certain order number and it’s typically done the next day. If you don’t get an email back, check your orders and see if it’s canceled or not.

Its barley been 6 days since i made my order not counting weekends. I was worried that i might have to do some id check or something along those lines. All you pay is a shipping cost just like any other website. I never had to do customs

I don’t remember them asking for my ID. I assume it’s to provide legitimacy to your account. Or to make sure it’s not the same person after banning an account. I’d say it’s safe to do so.
