Is Nitocris Alter a MUST Summon (Fate/Grand Order)

Finally, I always thought it was weird how in the lore of FATE Nito was actually really powerful, (to my understanding equal to or slightly less than Circe), but because both her servants in FGO were just good at best nobody really knew about it in the community. I even remember seeing people say they’d hate to actually summon her in a real grail war scenario

The only thing I think that's reasonable to hate summoning her in a HGW is her mana consuming could be huge since Nitocris is borderline Divine Spirit. But then again, she's a Caster so... it's a stupid hate.

Her design is S tier. Farming wise, she is weird. She’s equal to worse than the current big three (hell four if we include Iyo on non-berserkers and assassins), but I could see her being better in 1/2/X or 2/1/X nodes. She’d probably still need a plugsuit, but with the giant battery and lack of refund on those types of nodes, she probably can loop the node with a much more flexible range of plug supports. Hell, the math might not work on this, but she might be able to do 1/1/X if you have Oberon (although damage is probably your main issue at that point).

with Oberon she only needs like 10% refund on any given wave, which I think should be doable even on 1-1-X (especially with the avenger passive covering some of it) 20% mana loading 100% 2 castorias 100% her 70% Oberon is 290% she refunds 3.5% each turn, so that means you only need 6.5% (because only on of the two 3.5% from the passive is going to end up mattering the other one will end up wasted) to loop, easily doable.

Feels like she has to be a tier below Spishtar/Summer Kama/Summer Ibuki. Less damage, less NP refund. The 100% battery on 7 turn CD seems amazing but for arts servant it's not that amazing since you are not using Vitch to reduce CD? Usually arts NP will refund a decent amount so you don't need a 100% battery unless it's wave 1, but using it wave 1 it won't come off cooldown for wave 3. There is some potential for irregular nodes where having on demand 100% battery is situationally stronger than 50% but you are probably already using buster teams if so. Still a great spook though.

for looping she is better than Ishtar and Kama for wave 1, wave 2 she is better than Kama and equal to Ishtar, and for wave 3 both Kama and Ishtar are better than her. So, she is on a comparable level to those two, of course Ibuki is just better. she should have gotten an atk or np gain buff instead of the buster buff.

I'm just curious what do you mean by better? NP refund wise or damage wise bc I feel like Kama does the most damage T1 bc of the charm dmg buff she gets. Since I don't have castoria my farming team looks a bit different I use Morgan Proto Merlin Kama and Castoria, I switch in castoriq for Morgan after she does S1 and S2.

@@grandpa-30 damage wise, because kama can only use her charm on 1 wave which is usually wave 3, thats why nitocris and ishtar have a higher damage output than kama in wave 1 and 2, on wave 3 kama does a lot more damage than the other two.

Since I don't have Spishtar on JP, I've just done a bunch of rank ups and interludes to get enough SQ to summon her (she came when I was brushing my teeth, oral hygiene is always a good catalyst). She may not be the most broken Avenger, but 100 battery or not she will loop with double Castoria and black grail.

In my initial testing, she's competitive with both summer Kama and Space Ishtar. Her turn 1 damage is highest while Ishtar hits hardest on turn 2 and Kama for turn 3. This is all on neutral without active special damage mod aside from Kama's charm on turn 3. Nitocris Alter's gains are in between the two for natural gains due to her caster deck and the fact that her arts has more hits. The weirdest thing to me is she's sky attribute which reduces damage against man by 10%, with her special damage mod she's basically only gett a 140% special damage against man essentially. (I know it's not exactly that due to how damage is calculated.) But the debuff resist and independent manifestation passives is really strong in fights where enemies like to spam debuffs. Aside from Waver, and maybe including Waver depending on who you have on your account, she's probably the most valuable spook in the pool. I'd say if you don't have either of the other two avengers or Summer Ibuki, she could have a lot of value for your account. The potential for getting her anytime adding to the NP levels you end up with could make her the best looper in your box.

I think your damage numbers are with a BG, if you haven't mentioned that. Without a BG, Spishtar beats both on all three turns and Nito beats SKama on W2 and W1. Her niche is 1.35x. 1.5x0.9=1.35 Also, her value depends on who you have really. Any of the non-limited Arts AE SSRs do better damage than her.

Well, that is one way to think about it. But if you are someone who really wants her, it would be best to try on a banner because it might be years until she appears in your rolls. This is not counting 5 star tickets of course, but we don’t know when the next one will be.

Nito seems like a fine “permanent” version of Kama and Space Ishtar. She loses on turn 3 in damage and she has a harder time looping. But she does have her perks with team synergy and fast NP.

Part of the problem for Nito is that her niche is only 1.35x instead of the usual 1.5x due to Attribute disadvantage.

In JP, when you clear fuyuki you get a free 5 star selector. You don’t have to pick waver but ZTL assumes you do here. We’ll be getting the ticket for the 6th anniversary (you’ll get it if you’ve already cleared fuyuki as well)

I can't believe we have to wait 2 fucken years for her to come out. Why do they even do this? I love her so much. The art is so amazing. I don't want to spoil myself with her animations but 2 FUCKEN YEARS. I could die by then and never be able to summon for her or use her. I don't know what the future holds for me and it just sucks...Why do they do this. Is there anyway for them to up the timeline or something. This is so sad...I really might die before she comes out on global..
