There’s zero chance that they did not collaborate with Norwegian on this video. It would have a budget of like $35,000+ for the lux suite, the indoor cabin, AND they appear to have a cameraman as well so that’s yet another cabin. There’s nothing wrong with collaborating with a brand but imo if you do, you should disclose it very clearly in your video.

OMG! I remember Matt the Cruise director from Carnival Vista 2016 European cruise from Athens. What a fantastic Cruise that was and such great entertainment. You might remember me as the chap dressed up as Captain Jack Sparrow. I remember you looking at me and probably thinking who the hell does that guy think he is. The two guys “me and my cousin” were excellent.

i'm up for the Black Eye with a hint of Febreeze and WD40, will be on the VIVA in 4 days for trans atlantic crossing. Thanks for the drink tips Mate! We just sailed the PRIMA and the race track is a lame experience, the go carts are actuallly "slow carts", hard pass on these.

Fun video review 🤣 I have stayed in the Haven on several NCL ships and I have never experienced an inside cabin. The Vibe, Massages, Thermal Spa and Premium Drinks are not included. Nicky tasting everthing at HUDSON's is exactly what I would have done over thhe entire cruise. I too get the FAS+ so I can get a bottle of wine of my choice in every restaurant and at Le Bistro Veuve ClicquotI and of course Starbucks in my package. I may just have an appetizer just to enjoy an un corked or sealed PoPped bottle. I'm uncertain of the month (season) and length of this cruise or month and have a few questions? Matt, why did you not invite your mate Nicky to stay in one of the 2 other bedrooms in your suite? The only thing missing from this vignette was the Haven butler services did you find it acceptable? Did you enjoy any excursions? The HAVEN menu does not change did you eat at any other restaurants? Many thanks for sharing a view of solo traveler advantages.

It feels like you were invited by NCL and if so this is really damaging for The Points Guy. The credibility is down to zero for this channel just because it feels like a promotion film from NCL. Talk about a sell out. 😢

The worst part of cruise ships is that they are overcrowded - you constantly have to wait in line and bump into others. Remember, these ships have 3000+ passengers! These guys, however, seem to have this big ship all by themselves, which gives av very dishonest impression of how it would be if you or I were to take trip onboard. It is a lil sad that TPG have gone from unbiased reviews to pure commercials…..
