There's no adjustment. They rub your neck with their palm for like 5 seconds. Then claim the caliper shows your back it straight now. I've went twice, got the xray, she mapped my back and did some fancy scans. So far I feel no change. Just lost some money. I'm recovering from an unrelated surgery. Once I'm healed and can exercise properly again that's what will fix my back. This Nucca thing seems like a joke so far.
