IS OE YARN AND RECYCLE YARN IS SAME...?

This video is about difference between OE yarn and recycle Polyster yarn.
The Cotton OE yarn is hundred percent manufactured with recycle cotton fibre whereas the Polyster recycle yarn is manufactured all type of Polyster yarn such as monofilament and microfilament yarn.So we the recycled polyester yarn is not OE yarn.
