why are people completely ignoring the pay to win aspect of this game. heck why are people saying that it isnt pay to win. do you understand what happens if players can use eternaland in the next season way more frequently than everyone else? I started with the last beta and now i played 54.7 hours. PVE is chill and i love it,the cerver wipes is a great thing. I have spend 75 euro on a battlepass and the armored glass house and i realy like the building mekanics. Must say thats the best mmorpg game i ever played and i tried alot in my 64 years. This is a gamingnerdpensioners dream atleast for me.

@@skallepar2163 yeah the beta we played was good and currently playing it now, they have made a quality game but they do need to work on there PVP servers as there pretty lacking there.

THIS GAME IS NOT AND I REPEAT NOT A UNREAL ENGINE 5 GAME!!! Idk where all this is coming from it doesnt even look like a unreal engine game the way it handles lighting and meshes is entirely different let alone if you look at the files the game is built in a way that unreal engine doesnt build games. It is literally made with neteases in house engine NeoX like every one of there other games.

I've been wanting a game just like this for a very long time. I have almost no complaints, all the mechanics work well. Aside from some random glitches there is nothing that is really game breaking.

One thing I can't wrap my head around is how the season wipes work. Do you go back to level 1? Lose all gear, weapons, crafting material, blueprints?

@@nate654 so you will start fresh and at the end of the season you can take a bunch of stuff over to your eterna land for the next season and bring some into that with a certain amount of currencies i believe to help you get going again.

Data harvesting software. Soon as it asked me to agree to handing over full control of all my pc data, including family photos, it got unistalled. Had more than enough of that snooping with Facebook. Not about to let it happen again for a quick gaming fix. Principles are far more important.

I love this game. It would be MY game for the foreseeable future. Until I found out about the 6 week wipe. I’ll enjoy it for 6 weeks and if they wipe? I’m out. I’m not grinding on pve all over again.

I'm at Main quest level 27 (I have no idea how far in that is as I'm playing blind) and while I like the game and the world I feel it's extremly repetative. Every new town/area is the same. Kill X amount of monster, find weapon/gear crate, find mythical crate, kill elite enemy. Rince and repeat each and every time and the enemies aren't a threat in any way. I will keep playing and see how it turns out, but as for now the gameplay loop feels extremly 'lazy' in a lack of a better word.

The bosses get good and if your playing with mates and crafting its solid but we play pvp mode so our endgame is war bands. i feel the pve servers will get old if they dont add a lot more content and pvp same if they dont work on the actual pvp.

I just tried fallout 76 a few months ago and its pretty decent survival mmo for casuals pver. I think for me this will be a worse experience because I dont like the idea of season resets. I know from playing years of retail wow that I prefer classic wow lol so I assume I will prefer the perma prog of 76 over seasonal resets this game brings as a long term play experience. Maybe this game will be super fun the first few weeks of a season though kind of akin to diablo or poe and maybe that is all it needs to be.

Not played fallout 76 for a long time, but i love fallout games and fallout 3 was the best one to be fair played it on console many years ago and have a lot of merch. i do agree they will need to work on it a fair bit for this to have longevity due to a lot of repetitive gameplay loops or the same story and bosses. If they add a lot of content in they should be fine but only time will tell. Did they ever add pvp back to fallout or the pvp nuclear mode ?
