In test cricket pakistan should always keep two batting positions up for the granbs throughout the year. While keeping your domestic first class running throught the year, the one ir two getting big runs comes straight into the test team. The dropped one should be sent to the first class and advised to get some runs to reclaim your position. This will strengthen the domestic league and help create a pool of players for every role.

First thing you seem to not realise or conveniently forget, that PCB doesn't have a spine. If the leader is weak, what do you expect from the foot soldiers, metaphorically speaking? When religion comes before nation then how can you expect the ordinary people to build a nation? Now extend this analogy to sport and you watch the press conference where Rizwan says that every Pakistani cricketer is a brand ambassador of Islam. If an athlete doesn't realise his responsibility and job, then what do you expect from such athletes? My humble suggestion is switch your loyalty from the Pakistani cricket team to another team, of course you have to make a choice. There is nothing wrong with admiring and idolising a foreign sporting team. In India we have large groups of people who are fans of Argentina football and other groups who are Brazilian football fans and there is the Indian football team as well. I hope you see the parallels.
