You forgot one of the main differences: the ammo. The phantom has more total bullets and more bullets per magazine, which means that you don't have to reload as often as the vandal. Ever since the nerf to the amount of bullets in both guns, it means that you are even more likely to run out of bullets during the round which isn't great. This is one of the reasons why I prefer phantom, as you can shoot through smokes without having to worry about running out of ammo too quickly. The only times I use vandal is when I'm saving and one of the enemies drop a vandal or if the enemy has a vandal with a skin that I like. Otherwise I only use phantom.

phantom shoots faster and bc of no one taps at farther range it needs additional bullets to make up

@@woah_h Phantom is not meant to be used at long range, its a close to mid range weapon, youre better off not fighting long range with it. I didnt know about the faster fire rate but i guess thats another reason its better than the vandal, along with the recent iso changes which makes vandal one taps so much harder.

One other important difference is the accuracy. Phantom being more accurate than the vandal. Another aspect to take into account is how high is the ping you're playing on. If you have high ping it's better to use a vandal. On low ping you'd benefit a lot from the phantom

I personally just use vandal because it “feels better” although if I’m playing to shoot through smokes or something like a cypher or viper I would definitely recommend phantom

For noobs Vandal always better coz u can randomly oneshot by hittin head at any range, where Phantom requires you to actually aim and finish a guy, no 1 bullet 1 kill potential sadly (except for very close which rarely happens)

That's applicable to a pro as well as it would be a high skill high reward weapon for them in long ranges if they manage to hit most of their headshots

this logic makes no sense what you're better off using the vandal if you're actually good because if you can consistantly headshot you win all your gunfights as long as you react fast enough, phantom is if you're not as good and can't hit heads 100% of the time

when hitting all bodyshot phantom has lower ttk, for headshot above >15m, vandal only has to hit 1 shot thus lower ttk, but, if it's a duel and the phantom user get headshot first, vandal user will get aimpunched and phantom user can hit a second shot and kill him

@@atelier7516 The best part is me screwing over the poor chap that managed to steal my Guardian (that I bought after winning round 1) since they probably suck at using it. One game, after I lost my Guardian on a pervious round, I went to the enemy spawn and found my poor gun abandoned there, picked it up, and used it to get more kills. Whoever picked it up didn't even want to use it lol.

I main Iso, Deadlock, Viper, Astra, KJ, Neon, lol, which is a lot. I much prefer to choose Iso and the first three. But those are the ones I have fun with. Here is what I notice. When it comes to using smokers, I much prefer the Phantom because it's better for spraying a little more. When it comes to Neon, it depends how I'm feeling because I could either run close up or mid, so phantom or vandal respectively. However, I get much better results when I run the vandal on iso, which is who I play the most. I think I'm just discouraged from using the vandal because I bought the origin vandal when I first started playing, and now I hate it. So I want a better vandal. But I've got the arcade phantom, so I use it a ton. TLDR, it depends on the situation, who you are playing, and/or whether you like one over the other :D

I think since statistically you are more likely to hit the enemy's body rather than its head, it would be better to main the phantom because if you are able to master movement, it won't really matter if you don't get an insta-kill on your first attempt.

Sure but if you're 100% mastering something it might as well be your positioning and aim, then you just don't miss the one taps much.

I have more kills with phantom but less HS because i tend to spray more, i also have more games with the vandal.

Yeah I disagree with the headshot thing since with Phantom you will have a lower headshot percentage if you are actually exploiting it's advantages.

@@kariköykayışmerkezi sadly its the truth it was on fracture on A site i was cypher (i think) hiding on site at the corner and the enemy was planting when that happened
