For the normal castform and machamp cmp that castform won, hex is a 3 turn move and it takes 3 to get to a weather ball. Therefore 9 turns. Counter is a 2 turn move and it takes 5 to get a cross chop. Therefore 10 turns. So castform out paces by 1 turn.

My gust pidgeot’s IV’s are 14,14,14 which is considered bad for pvp but it gets the job done. Honestly pvp IV’s are overrated af. My 3 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Empoleon which is my favourite Pokémon in open Ultra league is considered to have bad pvp IV’s but it’s an absolute wrecking machine. My Empoleon, Lugia, Venasaur team which btw are all ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ mon’s has wrecked countless Giratina + charmer teams and XL teams. Plus my Pokémon always get their charge move in first during cmp ties. Due to the way the CP calculation is done. Attack is the highest weighted stat, so you get better overall stat product by having the lowest attack possible. This also gives you sufficient bulk to survive more charge moves, giving you lower pressure to shield, and letting you survive long enough to get in extra fast moves or charge moves.

@@fantasyandmyths8424 anyways glad to help and IF you are in the northern hemisphere then that's your luck because , the season of mischief is spawning johto starters where meganium is amazing in great league and fantastic in ul with xl candies (chikorita base) and typhlosion(cyndaqyil base ) is amazing in the ultra league and FERALIGATOR(totodile) is a spice/good pick for some teams but you need their legacy moves to make them even more pog so I think you would need to elite charge tm or I say save them Candies and then when an event drops saying you could get legacy moves on these mons (for example the johto week this year's start) you can evolve them to get the moves instead of elite charge tm and sorry if you had to go through this essay 😐
