0:40. it's not just one. it deal a little of damage but in deal in line so you get multiple hit if you stay in radious and his slam have 3 fissue plus these fissue have maybe 20% homing so if you stay in front of the hit you get hit like 9 hit per second.

@anms_brk people could list all the individual things d4 has too though and the list is probably just as long. It might not take as long, but either way, you're just replaying the same handful of things over and over. When poe2 fully releases, they might expand the endgame into 40 different things, who knows. But current state of both, the difficulty or time it takes to get an op build, is about the only real difference I see.

you can see at @2:20 pausing wont save you. the game resumes to move your character to the check point but doesn't prevent damage. so if you are surrounded or about to take a big hit its over no matter what
