Short but not quick if you want to enjoy the beach & can be slippery if muddy. People who are out of shape shouldn't go to the bottom as it's steep going back up. Yes arrive early if you want to avoid limited parking hassles. If your attempting to go up to look out on other side of ridge add another hour.
