i think its fine, i have personally been prefing demolish + second wind atm, but i think anxiom + trans is also good and other kled players pref it rn like soulmario so i think they are both solid ones better for lane and the other has better scaling

profane isnt the best item atm, but with the ldr buff it feels more viable now as a tiamat option just based off the base stats alongside the extra %pen from ldr
