Sir, Art. 131 ek jurisdiction clause hai jo SC ki Original Jurisdiction ko batata hai. Petitions to daale hi gye hain... PIL file ki gayi hai jo Art. 32 ke tahat aati hai. Ab SC dono parties ko sunkar ek faisla degi jab hearing hogi to. Aisa bilkul bhi nahi hai ki Art. 131 ke tahat kisi bhi law ko unconstitutional ghoshit kar diya jaye. Art. 131 to bas Supreme Court ka darwaza khat-khatane ka zariya hai wo bhi tab jab do states ya kuch states ke bich koi dispute ho to.

Jiske khilaf wo MP jhuthe ilzaam lagaye us aadmi ko defamation (Sec. 499-500 IPC) ka case file karna chahiye. Uske liye Magistrate ko ek Complaint likhiye ya Thana me FIR darj karwaiye.
