There are some things that personally annoy me (the cards became simplistic, the card selling thing, the fact that the gameplay can suck if the game ever stutters) but I can see why other people like it.. personally it was way too big and immediate of a change for me which can scare away people, like me. I played for three years and this was my shattering point really.

Same here. Also, the level reset. I dropped from 42 to 15. And the lags can kill you

@@shresthadewri_OT7ARMY bro yes it took me like so long to get to level 30 for BTS and TXT, and it took me even longer to get to level 20 for Seventeen and they just dropped it to level 9... Plus all the highscores I had for songs were gone. It's very stupid and that XP thing in the game can kill your game is so frustrating. So glad I'm not the only one annoyed by this update.

I hate it so much, I feel like it lost the originality, it just feels like the rest of the riythm games I know (prosekai, bandori, superstar, etc) the notes are so weird and the timing it's not comfortable, I stopped playing prosekai because that and i felt much comfortable with rythm hive, but now they're the same, also the change in the design of the cards, it's very flat...before was shiny and with bold colors and now it's FLAT. and the MOST annoying thing of everything is that now you CAN'T pull a SPECIFIC group, I wanna die lmaooo I'm not an army I don't want bts cards in my inventory, although you can sell them it's awful. I never missed the old update like I do now. The only thing I like it's the interface, the pastel colors are precious and the wallpaper with your bias is very pretty too.

I totally get the pull thing. It's annoying to get a high grade card from another that you don't play when that high grade card could have been a high grade card of your group. The concept photo too, I only want bts yet I got some girl group idol whose name and team I don't know.

They could have at least included a (Path), like we can at least choose a specific group we want to pull for. Because I seriously think my pulls were such a waste. Like an XR card and it's not bts, I don't need it 😭

Why couldn't they just make a Rhythm Hive 2 for this. I let my 80 day Rhythm Hive streak up two days after the update happened. I hope they bring old Rhythm Hive back.

I started playing RHythm Hive cuz I got bored of Colorful Stage and I ABSOLUTELY loved it, it was so unique and there weren't any flick notes which was a relief honestly. Everything was so colorful and full of life. After the update it looks so dead. I adore pastel colors but it looks so lifeless... And the gameplay? it's extremely basic, literally like any other rhythm game out there, also the fact that the bands are combined kinda sucks.. i don't listen to seventeen and enhypen that much and all the cards i've been getting are from them.. barely anything from txt and bts. also the chapter stage being mixed kinda pisses me off after completing literally ALL of the chapters.. and the scores reset after spending MONTHS to get all perfect on most songs ToT. AND WHERE IS THE CHEER MODE?? I MISS THE LITTLE GUY SM. them restyling the whole game wasn't necessary :')) I get that they maybe wanted to make it cuter and softer but there were SO many other ways of doing so..

I totally get that. It was annoying when I got R from another team. I have no use for it. I started playing because of bts, I literally don't care about other groups! 😭😭😭😭😭 I like it better when it was just the group of your choice. Besides you can easily switch to other groups as you like.

I was so disappointed when I can't find the cheer mode. It's the game mode I spent a lot of time playing more than the chapter and studio.

sorry to inform you but RH has basically become "Colorful Stage" at this point. flicks and long flicks are everywhere and the scoring system is VERY similar to the one in PJSK now 🫠

seeing this video months later because i stopped playing rhythm hive and i didn't notice the update, now i barely play it sometimes bc now is BORING i hate that the missions is for ALL the groups and you cant have missions of one specific group anymore, personally i dont like txt and i dont like that i have to play his missions to keep going, before i only played bts missions and it was so fun, altough now its harder to have all marvelous for the new tiles with the up botton :( (i hate them)

it's a lot better... stans are just not used to changes i guess but the interface is a lot cleaner and doesn't have the unnecessary things past versions has/ i actually had lost my interest to this game but when i downloaded the new update, i can't stop playing again. the harder note maps is the thing i loved the most!

To get the miracle cubes you don't have to use XR cards just use R cards and it should be fine

about the theme cards being mixed up you can actually change the cards just by tapping them when you're in the screen before you play the song

Can someone pls tell me how the upgrading system works? Before the update I could exp up a card using duplicate cards. I’m not sure how it works now because I tried to exp up a card and it’s showing cards that I only have 1 of. (I’m sorry if this doesn’t make sense..) but if anyone knows what I mean pls help

I hate it mostly because the groups and cards are not divided and now I need to play every group's song in chapters and collect everyones cards etc... i joined rhythm hive just because of seventeen and now I need to play those random ass songs from groups i dont even like

So true. And even if you have like two groups you like, it wasn't that much of a problem to switch back and forth. I remember switching to enhypen once because my friend likes them. Well, I ended up switching back to bts after a few plays.

I hate the new update so much. When I first got the game during the original launch I was underwhelmed, but I still kinda liked it. At the very least it was a semi decent replacement for Superstar. Although I didn’t play it much cause it wasn’t the same. Then this update happened and I was pissed. I never really liked the flick notes of Pjsk and yet they added it to Rhythm hive. The layout is extremely confusing and overwhelming. They change it often too so it’s even worse. Then the notes are off beat as well as a few extra notes that don’t belong. The game is dull and boring. Nothing about it is fun. It’s extremely underwhelming and boring. I can’t get into it at all anymore. At this point I don’t want a BTS/Hybe rhythm game anymore. I liked Superstar BTS; why couldn’t they just rebrand it as Superstar BigHit/Hybe and add the new groups? Also the sound effects when you click the notes are really annoying. The game, to me, feels like a desperate cash grab. (Sorry bout the rant. Just had to get this off my chest, lol.)
