Keep being a homer and telling yourself that Corky, but it's not secret around the league cuz a this point everyone has the blueprint on how to play Towns, and no one wants to have that kind of liability on defense, especially down low, hence why the Wolves had to sell the farm just to get Gobert to mask all those deficiencies, which is baffling since Towns usually was gifted with mismatches on most nights, but of course could rarely take advantage of them due to his weak frame that doesn't allow him to bully smaller players like other bigs do.

@@DCPetterson Try using your eyes sometimes, and without the rose tinted homer glasses, cuz it's not that difficult to recognize how bad on defense that Towns is. The players you SHOULD be giving credit to are the ones who cover his goofy ass from making too many more boneheaded plays. Life on that side of the court is much easier when you're playing with elite defenders like Edwards, McDaniels & Gobert. Look at the stretch of games they played without Towns, they FLOURISHED on defense and won most of those games despite their depth taking a hit, especially at that late juncture in the season when legs are getting the most tired.
