Comparing Wilson to Mayfield is fair but the Bucs have more weapons on offense and that's the Steelers problem. Justin Fields has more of an upside than Russell Wilson. That's my opinion

Look Russell wilson need a team around him , why quarterbacks always are the fall guy, while the sorry ass offensive linemen escape criticism for their below par blocking ,everyone is focusing on the quarterback,Pittsburgh need a running back,Najee Harris ought to be ashamed of himself , as big as he is, he's worthless,,the problem isn't only Russell, the whole offence need over hauling.
