As a Black Brit , I really feel lied to about Russia. Here in the UK we've been told that Russia is not modern, everyone is poor and the whole country is anti black. The 1st time my perception changed about Russia was watching an RT documentary about black Americans who moved the the USSR under Starlin because of America's Jim Crow laws.

I think if you can state this amounts in Russian rubles will be helpful rather than we thinking the currency spent in Russia is dollar. And the minimum wage will be used to judge your explanations. Thanks

Oh wow that’s a new development! I believe the Uni housing is modelled after proper apartments so it’s significantly better than the dorm! So I believe that’s why it’s more expensive 😱
