To your question, Huzzy: The complete video is one of the main the reasons I started watching you. I'd love for it to stay this way, but I wouldn't stop watching you, if your videos would have the same vibe as they do now overall. I think your audience due to the nature of your videos has some level of interest in you as a person, your twitch chat is full of personal conversation, so if this gets lost I could imagine some viewers would miss it. In the stream you played this game in a viewer had an idea I thought sounded good: Keep your twitch as it is, your audience mainly is there for you, and secondary for the games. If you feel edited videos would work better for your channel, but you want to keep the educational feel, it might be nice to cut multiple games into one video, teaching one topic at a time. I'm always searching for videos that show me how to adapt my game to current meta, what role changed in what way etc.

From my perspective: I like sitting down and chilling with your videos for a whole game. You're good at keeping it entertaining and educational during the full commentary. I think this would be lost in a shorter video. Hiring the manager might even make your full commentaries better since you don't have to stress about the titles and stuff. Keep up the good work, and keep doing what you're good at (entertaining and educating)!

Full games I feel give so much more context to what is going on and the macro decision process. Shortened videos just show skirmishing and teamfights but miss things like item choices and moment to moment decisions

Personally I enjoy the full game commentaries. Admittedly I listen at 1.5/1.75 speed but I’ve watched your vids for … 5 years (helped me keep steady in a difficult time) and the consistency was always comforting. Full game commentaries are the best and still doable on YT. Other channels do it with 30k views and growing channels with minor changes from what you do e.g. Kingstix gaming. Titles and Thumbnails are definitely part of it. Go to one video today - I prefer climb to master if you have to pick. Do YT shorts of clips from your commentaries and/or test making new ones based on your game design knowledge. Use your short to answer a question. Channel shnee does this very well about shorts about LotR. If you can leverage your game design knowledge that could be an avenue of growth but could also dilute the type of content you do that YT already knows you do. There's a risk but a good YT manager who knows what they are doing can do that. Would love to see more of your game design expertise come through. Keep up the great work! Hope you find the right guy!

For me personally losses can be hard to watch sometimes during the middle. Like things that get on your nerves get on mine but the video still has some good parts. There are some losses that start bad, end up really nice to watch because the little wins during the game add up to that really satisfying win. But the losses where it's bad and it just keeps getting worse, I skip over those. At most I'd skip to if there's a spot I think is good or see if it's a win

Yes yes yes, full game commentary, that's why I watch you! Ofc I'm rooting for you if you get a manager involved to help you with viewership and everything, and if they implement some shorter videos.. ok. But I would suggest to not alienate your current viewers, if and when shorter videos do pop up, I think the longer videos should stay put. At least once a day (maybe?) or it might go backwards rather than forward for your channel.. at least at the start? But I do agree, clickbait is clickbait, and those titles can really drag you in if you're a new viewer, same with the thumbnail. Personally the only thing that sets any expectations for your videos in my view are the mentioning of champion, but I already know what else I'm getting and am really happy with it :))) On the hand of shorter videos, there are quite a few examples where a compilation of funny plays or comments would do extremely well for a short-video, and I think if it got out there repeating in funny compilations **Huzzy canon** could become a really big thing :D I've even thought about making a llittle comic strip about! Seraphine is a pleasant surprise. 1. How is Runescape? I haven't played that in a minute. 2. I'm happy your looking into getting a youtube manager, i think it will benefit you greatly. 3. While I do enjoy the full commentary videos, admittedly, I watch them at 1.5x sometimes 2x to save time. I believe you can reach a balance of full commentaries and highlights. Maybe those games where your extra salty or with a troll can become highlights? you'll have the help with a youtube manager. 4. With extra time, yes, more effort into a TikTok account or your Instagram can definitely help.

Definitely full videos 100% since it's less work. You say from time to time that you are ahead in content, which is good, means that you can have 10 videos, which is enough for five days. Switching to highlights would take those 10 down to 2-4, meaning playing more league and more stress.

Hey Huzz, if you ever happen to play Sera in any of your accounts and you're adc, I know you're a very traditional player who prefers marksmen botlane but you could consider picking her as an apc when your team is heavy ad, I see many people playing her now that Ziggs and other mages are rarely played botlane but I also see that when someone picks Sera in the botlane their team for some reason decides to pick a marksman in solo lanes or as a support.

I definitely feel long form videos are coming back into fashion on youtube, as a relatively new league fan what I've noticed is channels like Zwag seem to do really well by playing crazy builds in really low elo and just stomping, but after a while i got tired of seeing that hence why i gravitate towards your channel now as it feels more even, even in the unranked to diamond series

Yo Huzzy, i don't comment on a lot of videos but I am practically begging you to keep the full games and commentary in. There's not many league streamers out there that I genuinely enjoy and far fewer that upload full games. Please don't go to highlights. My only suggestion for improvement would be maybe creating proper chronological playlists for each series? I've been making my own after every upload so I can catch up as and when.

Maybe both depending on the video. Say for instance, a FF at 15m game happens, its an utter stomp with you running over the other team and it ends in 23-0. Hilariously one sided, but maybe just have that being a highlight video of "here are all the kills, and here's something that i think i did well with, and here's a play where i could improve on". Otherwise, im more on the side of full-length games just because they feel like a complete meal (for lack of a better term, and totally not because i watch your videos while i eat). With the highlight bit in mind though, if you're feeling really ambitious, would a monthly highlight video be a possibility?

I'm glad you are taking control of your situation in order to gain new followers however I think you'll get to the juncture of new players vs old players. I feel like new players will not subscribe and follow you too often with the full vids while the older players won't engage as much with a shortened version of the game. I personally think that full games benefit your brand as an educational LoL player because you do a lot of small, subtle things throughout the game that help you win or even end up costing you the game and I feel those things would end up getting phased out of the vids to give more attention to kills or funny moments. In the end I guess depending on how you wanna work on your brand plus what that person suggests to you you'll simply have to take a choice on whether you think the educational aspect of the channel is important or if you'd rather move on towards another approach.

I'd personally be ok with shorter vids so long as its done well. I think some of the negativity (that you have now sorted out may) have affected your channel in the past couple of years. More clash content is always good. I think clash should stay long form. Perhaps you could even play flex queue as 5 with the clash team, so far this year there hasn't been much clash content for one reason or another and that could go some way to replace it? I would still be interested in watching a good game of flex with the 5 of you. patch notes are good but sometimes they could be done quicker? overall great content though.

I think a lot of people have said this before (including myself) I came in because I needed to know builds/abilities/strategies/etc., and stayed for the personality/community. I feel like the strategies/commentary is missing. You're good at positioning and teaching but haven't had that in a while. Also, I tried watching highlight videos (very chopped) and I could only watch for a minute. Give it a try though maybe 1 out of 2 videos do a different format and see how it goes.
