40~50 fighting type grunts specifically over the weekend, 0 teams with timburr found. Most of them have had a gurdurr in the 2nd slot, but never got the opportunity to catch one.. It has just been machops, makuhitas and a couple hitmons for me :/

Mega Lucario or heracross and 3-4 shadow Machamp or shadow conkelderr for raiding is probably the best for the majority of raids that are weak to fighting speed wise. Force palm from is shaving 1-2 seconds off of the raid time per person using it in my experience. Shadow conkelderr could be worth building multiple to 40 over one to 50 depending on your luck on the current rotation.

My shadoe encounters are the worst. Only encountered 4 timburrs and all of them has shitty IV. The fighting grunt's first lineup is too crowded with machop and makuhita.

I don't know how Niantic plans to debut Dynamax and Gigatamax. These two max types was predicted to be debut in Pokemon Go by next season. It can be the same way as mega and fusion especially for Gigantamax. It obtained energies after the raid wins. Obtained extra energies by place already Gigantamax and Dynamax Pokemon as your buddy adventure except for fusion Pokemon.

The Brutal Swing damage calcs don't seem to account for the fact that your fast move is not a dark type move and is even resisted by the relevant psychic and ghost type pokemon. Wouldn't that ineffective fast move drop its DPS ranking in the relevant scenarios?

I don't understand why brutal swing I'd "better" than crunch on tyranitar. It takes longer to charge and has no effect. Crunch is faster and can lower opponents defense

They need to change how rare getting timburr is from fighting grunts.. it's not fun walking around for hours and hours just to eventually find a fighting grunt and them having machop/makuhita over, and over.. Literally hundreds of grunts deep over the event, and found dozens of fighting grunts and only had 3 of them have Timburr, and for the cherry on top all 0-1 star. It's the classic right idea, wrong execution we've been seeing lately..

A shadow lucario would be very fragile. It might look good on paper but probably performs poorly in practice. Random charge attack would 1-shot it probably.
