How to determine if she is toxic or not so you can either fix your relationship or move on to find someone better.
In this video coaching newsletter I discuss two different emails from two different viewers. The first email is from a viewer who broke up with his girlfriend of two years about six weeks ago when he caught her texting another guy. She’s now trying to get him back and he is unsure of what to do. The second email is from a guy who started dating a new woman whose ex boyfriend was harassing her and trying to get her back. He made some mistakes and she went back to her ex. He is mad at himself for doing things that were unattractive and turning her off, but wonders if he could have made it work with her if he hadn’t made all the mistakes.
“It’s not your job to fix broken people. You’re only responsible for fixing and becoming the best version of yourself. You can’t have a healthy relationship based upon someone’s potential. You must see their present reality and date or reject them based upon how they are showing up now. When you condition your happiness upon being loved and treated the way you want to be, but ignore the reality of how they actually treat you, you will suffer. See people as they are. Not better than they are or worse than they are, because you can ignore reality, but you can’t ignore the consequences of ignoring reality.” ~ Coach Corey Wayne

I wish I knew all of this before dating my ex. I'm pretty young early 20s and my ex was my first long term girlfriend. I'm actually pretty glad she was a walking red flag. It's helped me realize what the flags are now. You've described my ex perfectly. Specially only has male friends. If she only has male friends it's because all the other girls know she's a bad woman.

Repetition is the mother of skill, keep that in mind, i certainly did when i read his book 12 times and applied his work in my own life, the book is so you don't need a phone session and be coached, I'd just book a phone session to thank him, he changed my life forever and really opened my mind to reality, not just women, but myself and my surroundings and for that, he's the real deal, but you have to do all the work and journey to be a 3% man. After 5 months , one night I decided to make it official and she told me she was sleeping with the 48 year old guy next door. I was to say the least heartbroken for a while but I did cut off all contact. I watched Coach Corey's videos and figured out that I was acting like a simp, giving up 100% without her ever lifting a finger. I also took the the time to fix my own issues and love myself. Now this girl is constantly leaving me messages crying about how this dude got her pregnant and she needs a real good friend to hold her down. I just leave her on read

Ignores all the red flags, 1. Trauma (told me she got raped by a boy, next thing told me she got almost stabbed by her ex bf.) 2. Crossing boundaries all the time (went on dating sites when we agreed to date exclusively), went to meet her 'male friends' secretly 3. Very jealous, accused me of flirting to girls all the time, went through my phone all the time, looked in my car if she could find a hair from another girl etc 4. Manipulating, she dumped my ass saying I screamed to her all the time, but in reality it was because of her own mistakes 5. Mood swings all the time next week she loves me, next week she want to break up 6. Lack of empathy, I got stabbed myself while being carjacked once, she never asked about it how I was doing mentally Man man man, I feel like a weak ass not dumping her first, even bought her flowers to make things right because she kept accussing me that it was my fault for screaming, didnt appreciate the flowers. Blocked her ass everywhere and told her to never come back again to me (because she came back 3 times already) still miss her like crazy, and I am hurt. I love her but I think if she wanted me back, I could never go back for my own dignity.

Bro , shes likely a COVERT Narcissist , research into Narcissistic Personality Disorder , look up the 3 Stage cycle in a Narcissistic relationship , the stages are as follows > Stage 1. Idealization aka Love Bombing , Stage 2. Devaluation and Stage 3. Discard , after your discarded your left " Trauma Bonded " too her hence why you find it so hard to let her go , best of luck to you and others who research into Narcissistic Relationships.

Coach, a lot of men are nice guys. Even if they read the book and apply the content, their nice guys tendencies always prevent them from having a blissful relationship with a healthy partner. They allow toxic women in their lives and believe if they are good and nice , they will have a drama free life, which is farther from the truth. I highly recommend Men not only reading 3% Man more than 15 times, but also reading No More Mr. Nice guys by Dr Glover. With these books , Men will become integrated and navigate relationships and life with ease.

very true, I'm a natural nice guy, not by choice but by birth because of a spineless beta male father and a dominant mother, I've been always the overlooked innocent harmless guy who wasn't a threat to anyone, and no one even valued me. I was always used and always been put down, never been invited with other males who have strong personality, I've always been shy quiet insecure guy I was taught and molded as that's how a man should be by my family, now I'm 28 still no clue in life no job no gf no friends no social life, I'm just living in my room alone while figuring what damage my family has done to me, I never had a relationship more than 2 months, every girl i like like some other guy with a personality the don't like a pushover spineless guy like me, I came to self diagnosis about being a beta male and a nice guy a year ago, and now I know about Redpill, but most of the time I'm just a nice guy cause its in my genetics, no matter how much I read or watch about alpha Redpill and assertive articles, nice guy tendencies always kicks in first. i really hate my beta male spineless dad, he should have died before he impregnate my mom, fucking useless moron never thought me how to be a man, I'm the one always picked up by others for fun because I'm skinny and I'm innocent and have a feminine face. on top of that i have social anxiety depression and I have no social skill, cause I'm simply from a dysfunctional family without relatives and even i have 0 friends, cause all my friends they re married or have gfs or have better friends, I really hate my cursed life and I'm sad when guys my age having best personalities and have hot gfs, while I just cant get a single date or even a friend, so its easy to say be an alpha but destiny always makes me a nice guy the dork, some times I wish if if can die in my sleep, cant handle this pain..

Take control early with any new girlfriend. You need to be content with who she is at this early stage. I have learnt from a catastrophic failure of my own marriage of 10 years, 3 beautiful sons out of it. I feel deeply in love with her way to soon. After a couple of months the truths bombs were slowly told by her, multiple sex partners etc etc. beacause i was head over heels for her I overlooked my concerns and pressed on with her. I was depressed after this, smoking weed to suppress the constant thoughts about it. Here I am today, I complained to her about being unhappy in our sexless marriage, and now she is divorcing me. It has destroyed me and our family. Please men, get these important issues learnt of early to take the potholes out of the road ahead. The hurt of now being a defendant in a divorce is a cruel, evil thing. The pain is unbearable..

Same similar situation as me. I flew a girl from the East Coast to here in Cali and let her lived in my home for 3 days. I know too very fast. We had the same chill vibe and enjoyed each other. But the moment that I was displaying weak behaviors, and then she started subtly disrespecting me and I was just letting it happen, she took advantage of me and became very aggressive/abusive. I thank God that I was just seeing these things happen on an observable point of view and I wasn't fully attached to her. She then madly packed up and left. But the fact that I was allowing this to happen to me, I just can't tolerate it anymore. Time to fully commit in being a 3% Man!

Great stuff!! Had to watch it twice just to make a couple of notes. This video was sent to me by my now "Ex" and I love it. The type of woman I am comes off very different and tends to blindside most men. I've been independent all my life as I grew up in foster care and still was able to go to college for my career. I enjoy working on cars and Crossfit, now I say all that because every single man I've talked to has grown insecure even those I kiss a lot of ass. I used to go to the gym on Saturdays which I stopped due to this relationship. I stopped working on my 64 and slowly stopped enjoying most of what I would do. Loyalty has never been an issue as he has full access to my phone and even leans in to read my texts, I have nothing to hide. But somehow I'm the one always being accused of hiding something. As far as other women, we check out hot girls together. I'm not insecure because I know how I look lol. The biggest issue honestly are the put downs. Be more like a woman and less like a man. If his mother is on one of her alcoholic trips and calls my 10 year old a b**** just excuse it because she isn't thinking clear. I have put up with a lot but man I'm done. Also as far as exs go I agree with the no contact because there's no reason unless there is a child involved. Which in my case , lucky me, that is what he is most insecure about. All the communication is done thru my 10 year old and her father waits in the car just so there's no chance for contact. With all this said and done it was still not enough. Look ladies no man should ever call you stupid or have their mother call you out of your name. If my "Now Ex" wants to call me toxic then I'll go ahead and own it. There will be a day when the TRUE will come to light. And when it does your own tongue will testify against you. Have a blessed day everyone and remember to love yourself first. 🥰

Hey Corey. Are you ever gonna fold the concept of the Cluster B Type Personality Disorder - namely Narcissistic partners into your narrative?
@Pistonhammer
@Pistonhammer 2 жыл бұрын
Thats exactly what am saying , these woman are suffering from NPD aka Narcissistic Personality Disorder , Narcissists are not " SELF-AWARE " hence why they must be FORCED or MANDATED by a court issued 1-to-1 therapy session with a trained therapist order by a Judge in order to get diagnosed
@TheGreatPower365
@TheGreatPower365 Жыл бұрын
@@Pistonhammer unfortunately there is nuance to the diagnosis part, and to psychotherapy more generally, that you and many others miss. Because it is meant to be therapy, and 'do no harm', an individual must self-identity as having a debilitating condition before a diagnosis can be made. As such, it is impossible under the present system to diagnose someone against their will if they refuse to acknowledge they are debilitated or sick in any way.

When I saw the messages between her and a guy that she SWORE she wasn't interested in, I did about the same thing. She talked a good game and apologized and I (stupidly) gave us another chance. Then another...then another. Yeah there was a pattern and I should've been gone way sooner. When she blew the 2nd chance, there never should've been a 3rd and that is on me. live and learn I guess ☹

It's very difficult when you're in love with someone, cos if you're truly in love with someone you love them unconditionally. I saw red flags in my first relationship, like when she was flirting with another dude, but forgave her and made her promise not to do it again. I didn't give up on her because of how I felt about her. Obviously with impulsive idiots like that it doesn't work, and it didn't work for me. Found out she cheated with him from her own friends.

When a person unconditionally loves someone, it could be Themself first. & No matter what is said or promised, there is no way to monitor another person 24/7. The blood in their veins either run with loyalty or it's doesn't. I'm sorry to hear about your experience 😌

1:45 Ideally if you're looking for an LTR, is that women who have good relationships with their fathers and mothers, and the parents have a good healthy relationship with each other. If she walks all over her dad and treats her dad like a b**h, that's not a happy, healthy relationship. Rather, it's where she talks to her father, respects her father, listens to his his advice and his counsel, seeks it out. Her parents talk things out. It's extremely rare to see that nowadays because so many people come from broken homes. 2:50 Most people will never do the work on themselves to fix what's broken or what's wrong with them, or fill in their knowledge gaps. It's too much work, too much effort. Fixing something about yourself starts with admitting something is messed up in the first place. Most people would rather just pretend that the elephant in the room is not actually there. 4:25 Political arguments causing rifts in families. 6:40 Women that come from broken homes - no dad, or bad relationship with their dad, they're just insecure, they never learned these things. They never learned a healthy way to interact with other men. Because they were disappointed as a little girl with daddy not coming through, then they become desperate for male attention and validation because they didn't get it as a little girl. Create a Frankenstein boyfriend. Dangles carrot because men around her stuck in friend zone are trying to get in her pants, and uses men to get what she wants. 9:00 It's not your job to fix her, it's not your job to make her into a loyal girlfriend. 9:25 The hallmark of a lying devious, cheating person. No one will ever do or say anything to you that isn't a direct reflection of how they feel about themselves in the moment. So the liar and the cheater always accuses the other person of lying and cheating, when in reality that's how they are. If you're dating a woman who's that way - that's a major red flag. She's either extremely insecure, or she's the type that would be a liar and a cheater. You have to put her in her place and see what happens after that. 12:50 A woman who violates your trust - you're enabling her behavior, and you're teaching her that there's no consequences for lying, cheating, and being devious. So by giving her another chance, you're enabling her behavior. 14:20 If you get involved with a woman who doesn't value loyalty, who never saw it growing up, you can't expect her to value that. *She may tell you that, she may tell you she wants to be loyal - but when you look at her actions, she's a drifter.* 17:08 F buddy, sex playmate, FWB, open relationship, that's it - she's not girlfriend material. 18:10 Don't get involved with women who have messy exes in the background, who are showing up at their house at night. 18:20 Corey's brother's friends from college was murdered by a woman's crazy ex he was seeing. 19:50 A woman growing up without a good strong, masculine father presence - whether it's an uncle, grandfather, stepdad or dad - is probably not a good judge of character (backup boyfriends, toxic). This is why you want to be inquisitive, especially in the beginning, and find out about the parents and the family. Her mother and father might have a dysfunctional relationship. If he spoiled the daughter, and she walks all over him - that's not healthy. *Ask about her family, ask about her parents - because the more messy the home life is, the more messy she's going to be.*

I love your videos and agree with them all usually, except i disagree with the parts at 9:21, 9:31 & 9:41. Not everyone who is jealous occasionally and asks if the other person is cheating is cheating themselves. I dont cheat, ive never been unfaithful yet, and i dont lie, but sometimes you get a gut feeling that your girlfriend is cheating and have to ask them... that doesnt mean that you're cheating on them. Im currently listening to your 3% book on audible because ive had trouble with every single one of my girlfriends, and they have all cheated on me so far. All of that makes a man insecure going into the next relationship, especially if its happened in all your relationships. My last ex girlfriend Elizabeth, im still in love with her a year later and cant get over her. I got friendzoned, and she's hot and cold all the time, and its frustrating, because i want her back... and yeah i chased, i begged, i done everything that you said not to do!
