People working in IT do have problems with time zone. But definitely after a certain level there's no such time bound job. It needs to be understood that IT employee "hierarchy" plays a very very important role in the number of hours or calls taken.

স্যার আমার প্রশ্ন যদি কারো বায়োলজিক্যাল ক্লক বর্তমানের একপ্রকার কু অভ্যাস অনেক রাত্রি অবধি ফোন ঘাটার কারণে লেট নাইটে শুতে যায় কিন্তু ঘুম থেকে ওঠে হয়তো সকালেই(নির্ধারিত সময়ে 6 A.m), এই যে অভ্যেস টা তার হয়ে গেল, এইটা থেকে কি কোনো ভাবে আগের নির্ধারিত সময়ে সে শুতে যাওয়ার পুনরায় অভ্যেস করতে চাইলে কী সম্ভব পর হবে?এবং কি ভাবে ? এবং সেইটা কি আসতে আসতে নরমাল হবে?
