If they have keylogger or parental control software it tells them EVERYTHING about your phone and anybody on your network and .... I have not found a solution I have a stalker since 2015 nothing helps parental control softwares have the ability to hide apps and disable features . Whenever I go to google help menus it always redirects me to my ADMIN I don’t have one and I am over 50 no work or school address. Since the work/school , Gsuite , workspace, enterprise ... it is a different email address for ADMIN and the crazy crazy thing is since I didn’t have an ADMIN (legal/ethical) sign me up I don’t even know my (imaginary) ADMIN. The person doing this to me was a friend , in my home I am on my 16th device it has been a nightmare . RAT remote access something . I used to say if anybody is spying on me they would be bored. They are not just doing it to me it’s a farming biz for nefarious reasons . Since I don’t know how she is doing it I can’t really explain it to report it properly . It just makes me look crazy

20 years ago very few people carried a tracking device aka cell phone.. We did just fine with a home phone on the wall and and answering machine... You make a conscious decision to be tracked.. And know this, even if your cell phone is off, the ping in your phone is still powered to send out your location. So if you don't want to be tracked, put the cell in a RFID blocking case, or simply leave it at home.. "to be tracked or not to be tracked.. that is the question.."

Somebody has been tracking my phone for years happens to be my ex-husband he is an IT chat tech. Once they get in your phone they can stay in your phone that's all they need is your phone number. So what do I do does anyone have any answers. They can look at all your phone numbers people you are talking to in your photos and texts. Then they could still get into your phone by someone else's phone number someone you talk to. They can hack into their phones as well and get your phone number again and again and again it's happened to me for many years.

If you have a company cellphone, provided by and paid for by your employer, (ie: not your phone in your name, that they pay money towards, a phone they actively hand to you), in many countries, it is perfectly legal for your employer to install tracking software on the phone. So, if you are concerned you are being tracked, some obvious advice, don't use your work phone for private use but you can also ask your employer, if there is tracking software or an app on the phone and they normally, are required to tell you. Make this request, in writing as well, for record keeping purposes.

You have to be careful of live streamers too (Twitch for example). They can access your web cam and mic (PC, phone, etc.) without you knowing it. I had that happen to me twice.
