I don't have Sophie, and I couldn't be arsed to reroll for her with Valeria the fes version in sight. Waifu > meta. From what I notice, Sophie's main quality is that she simplifies a lot of thinking, since she just gives All-Resistance debuff -> you don't need to think about all the other debuff. She allows you to mix teams way easier -> not have to do mono things. She can also slot in in mono teams, since you want a tank if possible, anyway. Sophie's weakness... well, she doesn't help breakers, necessarily. Doesn't matter, tho.

Awaken, as in the character? There's no use for the pieces other than to awaken, so go ahead. If you mean the memoria, defensive stat memoria aren't that rare so it's better to unlock than keep separate copies.

I've been really hitting a wall. Can't get passed Tower 7, and I can't clear the stage you need to clear to unlock the elixir and bead recipe you mentioned. Hoping having some more characters at my disposal would help, but it's been feeling pretty bad.

Tower 7 is a gimmick stage where you just take a bunch of breakers and win, so normal team comps aren't very good there. However, it is cheesable! Either outspeed it (with Esty, dunno if other chars can go fast enough - maybe with 12% speed memoria) or take Firis in solo and perma-knockback on it As far as the dungeon goes... Yeah, it's rough. Best thing to do is just get more XP on your characters, which the event tonight will help with. Good luck!

I am curious why you pronounce Plachta as Pravda. Is that in any way canon, or just your interpretation? I always thought it came from Czech or Slovak plachta, which means sheet (textile) or sail (on a ship). This also makes sense to me from the katakana プラフタ, "ra" is the closest mora to "la" and "fu" is the closest to "ch" (although I have seen "ku" used before as well). If it was meant to be pravda, they would probbably used プラブダ instead, right?

Every element has its own resistance, this is true for Magical (Fire/Ice/Bolt/Air) and Physical (Strike/Stab/Slash) elements. Her debuff applies to all of them. (so yes)

The event is pretty mediocre, it's fine if you don't full clear it - the rewards aren't very good! Yeah, it was the same. All events use a similar structure with the tickets

A piece of advice for you, if you want to get your dream character, you need to be a total whale bcs the game not too kind to give us the best character in the game. For me, it's best not spending any gems rn bcs many other characters coming out rn. If you really want the character, you can spend the 1500k ticket at the bundles for 10 pulls. Trust me you don't want to regret playing the gacha games. Just play with your characters and slowly you will enjoy the game.

They are different elements, so neither one is "better" than the other imo. At least not at this early stage of the game. You can even put both on the same team tbh, or if you really want to, you can keep one at lv40 and reset to switch between the two if necessary.

Paused at 2:52... I'm not so sure about that long run thing. The hard fact is that this game has a TERRIBLE gacha system. First, when you do your pull, you need to hit 3*. Now, when you hit, you still have to compete against the entire pool of current 3*s which currently means 1/3 chance of chase (banner) unit. THEN you have to dodge the filthy 1/3 chance of snagging the stupid memoria (in other words, you have a 2/3 chance to snag either banner character). To cap it all off, what if you only want ONE of the two banner units? That means you only have 1/3 chance of getting it. Suddenly, that 'half-price ten-pull' is looking like a MASSIVE trap. You absolutely must build your spark pity in this game.

If you only buy tickets on banners with good units, by the time you would have built up your medals you will have instead gotten 1.5 high quality limiteds on average and 3 SSR memoria on average, plus a ton of other characters and stuff. This being a game where you need a large roster to do all the content, you end up with more viable characters than if you saved purely for sparks. Obviously there will be large variance, some people will get many more, some people will get less, but on average, the tickets are more value. That said, it's a personal decision on whether or not you care about value or consistency. If you don't like gambling, don't gamble!

Nobody is pulling on the banners for off-banner characters and nobody gives a hoot about ‘weapons’. People are chasing after that banner character - ESPECIALLY Sophie at the time of this comment due to her being S tier. I am saying that those tickets are a trap and one needs to be building the pity, full stop. If you don’t understand how to manage the odds when you are gambling, then you are going to find yourself in a financial world of hurt more so than gambling already does.

Not gonna lie, Plachta is not as bad as people hoped her to be. Sure, she only breaks, but she is good at it since she can also provide a Break Damage boost. EDIT: Using Plachta alongside Marie and Shallie, which where she truly shines imo, a break-centric team. After all, the earlier you can break your foes, the more DPS you may potentially inflict. Pretty useful in Dungeons.
