I am not sure. I think it depends whether you can play adopt me in that country or not. Although, Starpets is not in corporation with Adopt Me, so I really don't know. I know that it is allowed in many countries though! If you want, I can look into it.

I conducted research and there's a KZbin who used Starpets a long time ago and they had her credit card info for about a year and she still hasn't been scammed/hacked so I'm assuming its safe! It is still quite sketchy tho, thanks for spreading awareness! Good luck also!
