Sir agar granulomatous mastitis ya foregin body granaloma chronic inflammation ho breast pe 5-6o clock position pe aur usg me size 4.2x1.7cm ho tu kya operation karna chahiye ya antibody khana chahiye already 2.5 months antibiotic chale hai

@dragonyt388 breast feeding mother hai and Jis breast pe lump hai us breast baby NE khaya NE tha then after 2.5 years bad period ki pehle full breast heavy ho geya tha and pain huwa tha but then doctor Kuch hormonal medicine and antibiotics Di thi jisme breast pehle se soft huwa and pain bhi nehi kuch nipple discharge bhi nehi hoti but now usg me 4 cm ki abscess dikhai hai(fnac,biopsy done)

Even after removing the entire breast there is a risk of recurrence. To reduce the risk we give adjuvant treatment like radiation, chemotherapy etc

Doctor plz reply Mere mummy ki mastitis thi usg report me then doctor fnac test diya tha usme zusca/abscess aya tha then doctor antibiotics diya tha also hormon ki medicines diye the uske bad breast pain chala geya aur breast ki hardness bhi kam ho geyi but ekdum vanish nehi huya then 3rd usg me 4.2x1.7cm ki abscess aya hai usg me doctor firse biopsy test diya usme bhi report normal aya aya aur fir IHC test karne ko kaha tuberculosis hai ki nehi janneke liya ......ab iska kya karna parega plz reply sir🙏🙏

Sir my mother diagnosed TNBC, pT3N1a .with Grade 1 IDC with extensive DCIS, after FNAC doctor first done Mastectomy right breast and provide surgical pathologic report and saying for 6 chemo cycle..Is this cureable? And I have also confuse, is TNBC possible in grade 1. Please reply

Depends on size of tumor and need to check if any spread in axilla. If size is small, there is no spread in axilla, then can go ahead with Surgery first.

Dear Sir, My mother(56) was diagnosed with breast cancer left CA 1.5years ago since then she under gon 24 cycles of chemo, one surgery and 25 sessions of radiation. Her radiation was completed in march and after wich her PET scan was done and it was good. Now two months back she complaimed about back ache and arm pain after which we had done PET CT which showed reoccurrence of the disease. Now the doctor has started new chemo protocol with Vinorelbine drug. Can you suggest us in our case. We are very stressed. Thank you.🙏🙏
