I have various of those sandals as well i purchased them for my SIL too, we wear them all the time. I’m a 9 I order 9.5/10, they fit better.

Wellll 👸🏽I guessss it’s All okay but 🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️ I’ve brought lots of things from them too wasn’t pleased with everything either......gotts to be more Careful 😩 I always read the reviews sometimes that’s helpful sometimes not, but overall this was a Great Haul 🥰
