Let’s not forget that Ford margins are only 3.5% while Tesla margins are still above 17%. Tesla still has room to cut prices and sell more cars.

Ford gross margins are almost 9%. Their Net margins are 3.5%. Tesla Gross margins are 17%. You’re comparing gross margins of one company with net margins of another company. I hope this is not how you invest 😅.

TSLA is the only Mag7 to miss both top and bottom lines. Also the only company willing to pay their CEO $56B given the chance. Declining demand and dropping prices. Tough to argue this is investible this year.

Is Tesla finally cheap? Hell no! If it were valued based on revenue instead of grandiose assumptions it would be valued at 17 to 18 times forward earnings. Even at that price it would be expensive until it delivers on the bottom line. It was not that long ago everybody was saying the solar business was a panacea and look how that has played out.

Hi.. if you say Tesla are the Apple of the EV world you are the Samsung and if assume BYD how do their intrinsic values compare. In the UK withe Tesla’s own charging infrastructure the new long range Tesla 3 Highland is the class leading EV. I have started to commit to a long term investment strategy alongside my current Tesla stock. One major reason alongside the analysis is that like Apple once a Tesla owner always a Tesla owner
