Cute, but No bathroom = No way. I think having a bathroom is way more important than having the kitchen. In a trailer that small, people are either going to cook outside, or just get takeout. Also, the little porta-potty is ridiculous and gross. Is person A supposed to wait outside (in the dark/rain/cold) while person B is doing their business in the porta-potty?

Toilet under one of the table for two seats, and you can get an optional shower off the back of the unit.

Get a hulu hoop. put shower rings on it, hang a curtain. Hang the hoop on top of the rv where the outside shower is.... Bathroom/shower in 5 minutes.
