If you want to nerf wan wan with fair and square, she must take damage from vengeance and blade mail return's effect on ult stage. Since, she didn't take any damage in this stage, this can make her a fair counter

As a Wanwan user I don't think she's weaker rn it's just harder to play a game with her especially because of that adjustment for her ultimate although fair, but it takes away some of Wanwan's survivability (when your teammate accidentally killed the full stacked enemy) that sucks especially when 3 of the enemies want your nuts sooo

The only thing that sucks now, is that if you hit all the enemy's weak spots and accidentally kill them before you proc your ultimate, you can't target the next unless you hit all their weak spots too.

I barely knew how to use wanwan. But god when I played her a couple of times, she is game changer. Did about 50 matches now I pick her in rank whenever available. Got a 80% with her in this season. And people think phoveous counters you, he does but only in early to mid. If you focus on farming and get to late his ult animation is slower than your movement speed he can't kill you anymore.

U need to hit all the weakness point to trigger the ultimate of wanwan,and if u accidentally kill the target with all your weakness points,u need to hit all weakness point at the other enemy again to trigger the ultimate

As a wanwan main i can say that picking tank when enemy has wanwan is just begging for her to use ult in late game she becomes op that squishy hero dies before her ult activated for her I'll suggest tanky hero with support as a romer like estse or faramis this type of hero can atleast help to waste her ult on one hero aslo hero like lolita and Karina can work as well as for item I'll suggest winter truncation or wind of nature due to their active skill
