Definitely a unique car by today's standards. Back in the late 90s and early 2000s this car would have been a sleeper hit to race your buddy's Mustang or WRX with. You just don't see these kind of cars anymore from Toyota - unless you want a Supra or maybe the 86.

Nice example, of a ST205. So glad I bought my 92' ST185 RC and 98' ST205 before the prices went up, back in the late 2000 low km examples were going for $2000-5000CAN. I would recommend a GT4 to anyone looking to import one, they have a bulletproof drive tran and you can pick up a parts car "90'sCelica GT-S" for under $500 for most of your interior & exterior parts...Also the 94' WRC edition had 265HP / 225ft/LBS compared to the normal GT4 with 255HP / 225ft/LBS the Reg. EUR GT4 had 252HP

This is kind of off the topic a little but my parents bought their first Japanese car in 1989, it was a Mazda 626 LX and man that car was brand new and felt like a Cadillac compared to the 1986 Ford Tempo that they traded in. The materials and knobs and seats and stereo equalizer and slow dimming interior lights and automatic front seat belts felt so premium! They bought Japanese then Lexus came on scene a couple years later and they got one of them and I thought we were really in tall cotton then lol and I didn’t mind getting dropped off at school in that Lexus! I was a senior in 1995 btw. Joe asked what we were doing in 1994 or 1995 and to put it in the comment section. Love and remember these Celicas well!! Loved the Preludes and Supras and even the cheap low performance Mazda MX-6 V6!!
