The AMG CLA 45 is a smaller sport sedan but Mercedes made sure it has a big performance punch. Under the hood is the World's most power 2.0L turbocharged inline-4 that is pumping out 382HP & mated to a 7-speed DCT. Power gets to the ground through and AWD system which has launch control and drift mode. The exterior of the CLA is very sporty with a uniques front fascia, forged wheels and rear bumper. Agree with blacking out the roof and color match door handles. With that being said this is one sexy machine. Great stats for a turbo 4cyl. A lot of options out there that fall under that $70k mark but they won't have that logo on the grill. So to me it comes down to how much the brand means to you. Great review as always

This is a great video, especially like that it's thorough from outside to inside... I use to rent a cla 250 from a rental car company over 4 months actually had 4+ cars in 3 different colors. I love the fact it can either be driven slow, smooth and comfortable or tight and quick just via a few selections plus you get steering paddles for instant power and manual shifting. Been waiting to find the right deal on a higher performance 45 S AMG, which has even more options and racing mode plus allows to switch from all wheel to just front wheel drive even a drift mode which the regular 45 Amg doesn't have... The Sport 45 AMG costs more but is well worth the wait in fact looking at a gla until a Sport AMG 45S is obtainable.

Keep in mind it is a CLA but the AMG version. Yes it cost more because of the performance it provides, but technically the CLA is a lower model than a C Class where adaptive cruise control is standard.

Every top performance AMG model supposed by standard consider its over $60k USD. Over here in Australia every top AMG model come with adaptive cruise control especially cla45s costing over $120,000AUD

Like Marlene Dietrich back in the day, with a nice container of German potato salad on her lap, or for safe keeping, wedged into that door pocket as that wily farty exhaust sings out back ;). Strange you don't have the more powerful version in the US, the A45s, with 310kw(415 hp)of power and 500 nm(369 ft-lbs) of torque. I recently bought an A35 hatchback. The A45s in Australia is about $115,000 driveaway. Very, very expensive. :( Keep up the great work, I am enjoying you videos.

Chrome on door handles means this car has the option keyless entry keyless Go . The key in your pocket and you can open all doors and push the start and you good to go 😉

Buy the new S3 and tune it to stage 2+ for a fraction of the cost of a CLA45, and a more reliable engine/setup. The interior in the new CLA45 is a bit better but the gloss black and creaking everywhere is not my cup of tea.
