I agree with your analysis. Looking for this bounce to go as high as 407 @38.2% fibb level drawing from ath to recent June lows. Let’s see what Mr. market does

Looks like Mr. Market has bounced indeed haha. I think equities will try to push a bit higher on Monday, but I'm definitely looking for a reversal very soon.

Scott, would like to see a video on Ways to reduce risk of a portfolio. For instance, it strikes me that a portfolio made of strictly technology stocks would be much more open to interest rate risk than a portfolio that also included banking and gold stocks. How do we devise a set of underlines that keeps us from experiencing an inordinate amount of this type of risk.

By using a mix of bullish, bearish, and neutral strategies, you can create a portfolio that can withstand some pretty major market moves.

Thanks again Scott, and I agree that macro headwinds here and around the world will continue a bear market with high probability. If SPY breaks below that 390 line, I’m hoping for 345, minimum.

Down $7k on my 1 ES short, and intend on scaling in with 2 but I'll stop this one out. I thought this might be a good bounce week, and thought about going long, but instead went short fearing I'd miss a further downturn. Definitely hard to make decisions on this here. I'm still bearish, but I'm wondering whether or not I should even hold 1 short until ES hits 4000 or 4100. hard to let go of this loser though, wouldn't want to miss out on the good downside. The current plan is probably to handle the account drawdown up to 4000 or 4100, and then when scaling into 2 shorts set a stop for 200 points once I believe a reversal is imminent, limiting to 1 trade per day to "average out" my peak guesswork

Today was a good day. Made $60 swing trading ACI and $70 on a short call position on CWH. You're correct. There's more pain on the way. Getting ready to sell call credit spreads next.
