@@ChrisLawn he is similar to Mobley coming outta college. The elite defense with raw offensive potential. If you look around the league, the point guard is the heaviest in terms of talent whilst the star wings and bigs are a harder skillset to obtain. So Sarr's skillset imo is harder to get. A tall defensive master with offensive upside. If a guy like Jarrett Allen can be an allstar with little to no offensive game, Sarr definently can. If the jumper develops, we looking at a way better Myles Turner or a JJJ which teams would give up a lot for. Very soon every team is also going to need a Wemby stopper in the playoffs, OKC got Chet, Cavs have Mobley, a team would def grab Sarr even just for defence in the top 5.

At the end of the day it comes down to player development. Franchises hope to pick a ready made player, quit being lazy and give these young players a solid support system so they have a chance to succeed.

Entirely different also that's not the reason they said that 2020 wasn't that good, a lot of scouts said the draft could be good but we literally had max 20 games for every prospect and for most even less than that against decent comp. There was very little tape of how good that class was cus of covid

This draft is a total crap shoot. The tenth pick could turn out the best pick in the draft. The only advantage of a high pick is rolling the dice first. The big problem with any draft is that teenagers are getting drafted instead of adults. Many are still growing, most are still developing their games. By the end of their contract, they could walk as a free agent.
