Ironically Nickel 3-3-5 odd might work here against 3 tight ends so long as the LBs are pinched and the OLB at the line is lined up a little outside the C gap almost like the NB. The DL will fill up the gaps if they're adjusted to slant inside and direct the RB towards a small hole where the MLB is waiting for them.

In the past, 3-4 solid was great for compressed sets (such as Tight Offset TE and Snug), but you can just go with Dime, Dollar, or Nickel 3-3-5 Odd so long as you know how match coverage will react to overloading one side of the field with 3-4 receivers. Let's not forget about Singleback Bunch X Nasty making a mess out of those defensive assignments ;)

if they are in 3 wr sets, i recommend the big dime 236 (on gridiron), or the meta defenses like dollar/245 odd.
