Is the best Briyani in Eunos any good? | Singapore Halal Hawker Bites

In this episode of Singapore Halal Hawker Bites, the SmallCityIsland duo was at Mami Midah Briyani Stall in Eunos Food Centre. Eunos Food Centre has a good range of good Halal Hawker serving amazing Singapore Halal Food and Mami Midah Briyani is one of them.
Mami Midah Briyani Stall is located in the Eunos Crescent Food Centre which is just next to the Eunos MRT Station. The good news for briyani lovers is that Mami Midah Briyani Stall in Eunos Food Centre serves a healthier version of Nasi Briyani which tastes just as good as the rich sinful ones.
Nasi Briyani is usually cooked with ghee which means high fat content. At Mami Midah Briyani, they cook their nasi briyani with vegetable oil instead of ghee, which lowers the amount of saturated fat in the nasi briyani. They also use evaporated milk instead of coconut milk. Does the healthier version of nasi briyani taste any different from those cooked with ghee and coconut milk? What is a hawker?
A hawker in the Singapore context is someone who sells street food and now known as hawker food. In the old days, this was from a roadside stall or a pushcart. These days, hawkers can be found in coffee shops, hawker centres, and food courts (air-conditioned hawker centres). Hawkers usually specialise in a particular cuisine, sometimes in just one dish.
You can find hawker centres and food courts everywhere, including downtown whereas coffee shops tend to be located in the suburbs.

You should try different biryani's in India here are a few which I have tasted so far, These are not shops but the place (region) where they serve different types. Hyderabadi biryani Ambur Biryani Dindigul biryani Arcot biryani Marriage Biryani Malabar biryani Lucknowi biryani
