As a Roman Catholic, after 3 years of religion class I knew more about the Bible and person of Jesus Christ than what is mentioned in this video. Plus I must add that this video's content is extremely low level and lacks any religious or intellectual percision.

I've been studying the history of the Bible for many years and have come to a few conclusions: 1. No one knows who wrote any of the bible, both old and new testament. 2. The Bible is a collection of writings which were never intended to be put together into a book. 3. There are no original manuscripts of any books in the Bible. Most Jews that I know take their ancient writings with a grain of salt, knowing that they are mostly metaphors and parables created to teach lessons. Christians take it all literally which has caused much suffering over the last two millennia, and continues to this day.

The Bible does not make sense to the Jews because they never accepted Jesus Christ as God and Messiah and Lord and Savior. The Old Testament is a prepartation to receive Christ and the New Testament about Christ and the Good News of Resurrection etc. If they don't believe to the main person of the Bible then it becomes useless to them.

The bible is a collection of books whose author is God, that chose a few men as his stewards, to bring his word to life in the presence of man.. the word was written by those whose names are inscribed in the particular books, and who deserve, credit, and not speculation for doing their duty..

The final redaction and canonization of the Torah (the first five books of the Bible) most likely took place during the Babylonian Exile (6th-5th century BCE). (Lev 11:6, 11:4, Job 39:13-16, 1 Sam 2:8, psalm 104:1-5,Ezekiel 7:2, revelation 20:8), *the bible in the old testament proverb 6( 6-8) claims that the ant lives by itself and look after itself on nutrition without any guide or ruler, while the fact is that ants live in colonies and have rulers, chiefs, soldiers, guides and even queens and they live in perfect harmony. * Luke (22:45) “he found them asleep out of sorrow” it is irrational to say that because if a human being is with sorrow then the adrenal gland will secrete the adrenaline hormone which causes insomnia and especially the disciples were expecting the Jews and the Romans to come to execute Jesus and have them arrested if not killed which is indeed a great danger after that can you imagine that they can sleep out of sorrow, * Ecclesiastes (11:7) it says that it is good for the eyes to see the sun Never look directly at the sun, even through smoked glass or filters, if you want to keep your sight. * in john 19 (33-35) it said that when jesus was taken off from the crucifix a soldier pierced his side with a spear and the blood and water gushed forth, this is clear error we know for sure that a dead body if it is pierced the blood does not gush forth because the heart is not working to pump out blood and the blood does not circulate and clots. *in the book of Ezra (2:1) and the book of Nehemia (7:6) the bible speaks about the list of those coming back from the exile of Babylon and it gives the list of the people coming back from exile in the book of Ezra (2:2-63) and the book of Nehemia (7:7-65) , these two texts they speak both about the same subject and in the same context but There are no less than 18 contradictions in less than 60 verses, moreover if you add up and calculate the sum in the book of Ezra the result will be 29818 but in the book of Nehemia the result will be 31089 both same context mathematical contradiction now the bible scribes did not even know a simple basic mathematical addition. In the book of Ezra (2:65) it says that they were 200 singing men and women but in the book of Nehemia (7:67) it says that they were 245 singing men and women. *Unfulfilled prophecies *The bible claims in the book of gen (4:12) that GOD said to Cain you won’t be able to settle anywhere you go, but in gen (4:17) it says that Cain found a place and settled. *The bible claims in the book of Jeremiah (36:30) that no one will be able to sit on David’s throne but in II kings (24:6) it says that Jehoiachin the son of Jehoiakim sat on David’s throne. *The bible claims in Isaiah (7:14) that a man will be born of a virgin (even though the right translation from the Hebrew is a young lady) and he shall be called Emmanuelle but there is nowhere in the New Testament where Jesus is called Emmanuelle. *Mathew 16:28 "Truly, I say to you, there are some standing here who will not taste death until they see the Son of Man coming in his kingdom.” *genesis chapter 43 verse 32 (And they set on for him by himself, and for them by themselves, and for the Egyptians, which did eat with him, by themselves: because the Egyptians might not eat bread with the Hebrews; for that is an abomination unto the Egyptians.) Genesis 46:34, Exodus 8:26. * It is inconceivable and historically wrong to say that the Egyptians might not eat bread with the Hebrews; for that is an abomination unto the Egyptians because in the time of Joseph the heksos were ruling Egypt and not the Egyptians rather the Egyptians were cast in the south.

The 4 gospels were written in Greek.by unknow Greek authors, not the direct follows of Jesus .disciples were basic people..almost no one could write in those days..also no one was taking notes like a court stenographer..the stories are from oral tellings and retellings for many decades before they were collated and put into text form..the veracity or truthfulness is unknown..amen

Funny how Roman Catholics seem to forget that Luther was a learned Roman Catholic who realized the false teachings of the RCC and almost ended up ded for trying to correct it. The Protestants are still trying to get rid of all the false teachings to get back to what the Bible teaches about the early apostolic churches.
