Thanks for this video. Looks like it can power my 4 ohm Klipsch kg 2s. A good bargain for an amp w/ a tube pre amp. It’s at a good happy wife price!

Mine was great for the first 20 hours. Now one channel has a soft static background sound that comes and goes. Should a replace the tubes? I can't find any info online as to the tube types, and I'm no techie. Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks

You think someone with an audio youtube channel would be able to mix the video so the actual talking part isn't quieter than the shitty music that's blasting

😂 I’m actually pretty good at audio engineering. I’m going to college for that, but I understand your pain.

Can you please say something about how Powerful the amp plays and can you say something about the Soundquality? Sorry for my english 🙈 Thank you 😊
@raydoesaudiostuff3 жыл бұрын
Sound quality is amazing and the amp is 100 watts, and for my little B652 bookshelf speaker this is perfect. I get full, Chris, clear sound. I highly recommend this amp

No problem, I will make a sound quality video here in a bit, I need to get a good mic for my phone first.

Thats an Nice idea!😊 I Think i buy this Dayton in an few days. Want to hear this Amp in my Klipsch rp-8000f. In the Moment they becom 30 Watts per channel on 8ohm. What do you Think, 30 watts per channel by 8ohm, can the Dayton do that?
@raydoesaudiostuff3 жыл бұрын
Yes, the Dayton Audio HTA100BT is rated 100 watts @ 4 ohms, so I think it can beat 30 watts @ 8 ohms. I got my mic in and I am recording Audio quality tests of the Amp, and other Dayton audio speakers. Hey thank you for asking questions, have a great day.

Would this pair well with the rp-600ms?
@raydoesaudiostuff3 жыл бұрын
Yeah, is should pair well. I don’t see why it wouldn’t. The to-600m can handle 100 watts continuously and the hta100bt can push 50 watts rms at 8 or 4 ohms (the website says to different things). It should pair well.

I have this exact setup. hta100 bt with rp600m speakers. I'm super happy with it. I run the tv, phones, and turntable through it. It's loud, even in my 24 x 26 living room/kitchen with 15 foot ceilings. 85 db at 30 percent power. Great set up for less than 600 dollars.

@@raydoesaudiostuff Hello . So the tubes are not for fakery, and i can buy the amp for my RP 600 M"? Thank you👍

Dayton Audio HTA100BT (Hybrid) Stereo Tube Amplifier . Doesn't that mean the best of both ? Mine sounds like my uncle's McIntosh . And he paid 7 grand for just the amp . Another 5 for the Klipsch Lascelles . I built a pair of Dannie Richie's for a grand . Everyone that has heard this thing raves about it .
@raydoesaudiostuff3 жыл бұрын
Yeah the Hybrid amp has a tube pre-amp that goes to the main amp, so you get that classic tube sound. I absolutely love my HTA100BT and you can’t beat the price you paid for it.

The fan?… no, not a good idea. You will hear it, eventually and it will get on your nerves… eventually!
@raydoesaudiostuff3 жыл бұрын
I really don’t hear it when I use it in my room, and it’s like 6 feet away from me. The one in my living room is like 10 feet away from my sitting position and I really don’t here it. Also the fan rumps up when the amp is playing louder and dyes down when music is quiet.

@@raydoesaudiostuff I've always had the crazy idea of taking a small college fridge with a clear door and drilling a few holes in it and place my components in there. The tubes would make that fridge glow...and solve all heat related problems...and the tubes and amp itself should keep it dry enough. I suspect I was smoking a joint when I first thought of this.
@raydoesaudiostuff2 жыл бұрын
Putting the amp in a mini fridge is for sure a creative way of cooling it.

I BET THE TUBES DO VERY LITTLE IF ANYTHING AT ALL

The tubes filter the signal to the power transistors.
