A lot of the answers as to it 'Is Dogman a Skinwalker?' can be found in the definition of the Navajo/Dine' term for Skinwalkers: Yee Naaldlooshii. Translated, it means 'By means of it/ By any means, on all fours he goes'. The way the Dine' have depicted them, they don't take on a Bipedal form of the animal. They become *the* animal. I think for anything outside of the Four Sacred Mountains shouldn't be called a Skinwalker. Shapeshifter, perhaps. But not Skinwalker.
