Hey hope your well today! The Dr has paused my chemo due to my liver enzymes being elevated I should have started my 6th round yesterday but after labs I was told this I go back on Monday for labs to see if I can have chemo on Tues. Hope you have a wonderful week😊

Do I have to wash my hair every time before use or do you think I can just dampen it with water spray? I don't want to have to wash my hair everyday if I use this product daily

On non-hair wash days, I use a little spray bottle to dampen my hair a little bit and then use it! For curling, I would suggest making your hair pretty damp, but for the rest of the heads, just a little damp works perfectly for me. :)

I don't understand how you kept the curl in?? I have very fine hair. After years of waiting, i FINALLY got one via the shopping channel. I'm disabled with Chronic Illnesses/Pain, and get very little quality time, when I'm well enough to have a shower and wash my hair. I usually do absolutely nothing to my hair, but for the first time today, i spent 40 minutes (yes, you read that right! 40 bloomin' minutes!!) messing around, drying it to 80%, and curling it, re-dampening my hair and trying again etc etc. I knew it would need some kind of setting lotion, and in the end i used TWO! I was using the middle heat setting and the high "sucking" setting, then used the cold shot for 10 seconds on each bit. After i finally looked like Shirley Temple, i used the extremely wide toothed comb that came with it, got the odd tangle out...... Looked in the mirror, and ALL THE CURLS HAD GONE!!! I'm absolutely shattered now, and found the cold air shot hurt my thumb and hand, as you have to keep that pushed "on" for each 10 second shot! (bought mine in Dec 2023, so it's one of the newer versions). This is my first time using this, and I'm sooo disappointed! My hair DOES feel a bit thicker and fuller, but all those curls and waves are gone 😢 Any advice for those of us with really fine, shoulder length hair? eg. How long do you hold it in, during the curling? I did it for 10 secs, as my scalp was feeling the heat.

If your hair is fine I’d consider leaving it pretty damp. Too dry before curling and the curls won’t hold

@@heathernesti3146 thanks. I DID have to keep damping bits down, as my fine hair dries very quickly anyway. Over the years, this is about the 3rd or 4th curling type air drier that I've tried. I've heard a LOT of fine haired people say that their curls don't stay with this type of tool....I think it's partly to do with the fact that our fine hair dries out soooo quickly, and with a blow drying curler like this, it inadvertently blowdries the surrounding hair too, when you are curling a piece. I had to send mine back.
