Hi, Andy from Sparked Innovations here. I’m sorry I’m just now being show this but I’d love to help. There are some things going on with the install I think we can help with. Ive personally been testing a single Fannie on two CAB4500s and i can no longer get them to thermally protect, including the drive from Philly to the sundown show. I would highly recommend different placement to start. I’d love the opportunity to make this right

I been thinking about picking one up to try. I have a 1500w d4s mini amp and in my trunk at 5pm when I leave it it's at 130° and within 5mins it's hitting 160°+ and protecting. If it doesn't work, it can go in my big build.

I bought a sundown xv3 12 today from down4sound then I checked for space fitment. 2000 Chevy Tahoe with all 3row seats in . And nope didn't fit. So took it back and traded it for the sundown x10v3. Both monster subs. Sucks I couldn't go with the 12 . But I'm liking the 10. Biggest sub I've ever had. Now I just need the other one. I will be running two behind 3rd row seat . I have 5 kids and wife so yeah limited space. I had the sundown X8v3. Now the sundown x10v3. Man what a difference. Can't wait to see what it does. Thank you for not letting me go with something else. I'm happy I chose to stick to sundown. One day when space is available. I may get some 18s.

it's very similar to a fan you find in small electronics like a game console (Playstation, xbox) and they are basically made to move just enough air to remove heat in small spaces

@@eversoul43 check out the SEAFLO 3" In-Line Marine Bilge Air Blower. Those fans are a lot quieter than the Atwoods. Also you can control the speed of them to keep them quiet until you need all the air. This is a video I made testing a speed controller. kzbin.info/www/bejne/nIquYWCKlrelos0

Three amps, six fans. My amps sit at an angle with two fans underneath each amp. I’m looking to add at least four more. Two more to suck into the amp compartment, two more for exhaust out of the compartment. My amps are installed where my spare tire used to go. They need all the flow they can get. I’m thinking about running a line from my backseat AC lines, to that compartment. I can cut the backseat lines off in the winter when using the heater. This is my daily.

Hopefully I can make the sundown show. Been having motor issues with my ride. Did get all 8 12s in. Just been set back with the issues. So I'm still going to be running a single 12k on them. But, she still gets Nasty 😝

Need to have them on the output side. It gets hotter than the input side. Also space amps off of the surface.

Yeah, its just 2 $10 fans with a bunch of 3d printing pieces to make it pretty. Only sparked innovations product i ever bought was the conductor that tells amperage pulled. Its cool, but was $150!

@@PoppaTInstall also one more question. So i have these super tweeters that are measuring 4ohms at the at terminals but after the bass blockers the resistance goes up to 1kilo ohm. Even with nothing playing. Is this normal? Thanks.

@@ATownPyro Yep that's normal for the impedance to change with that resistor if you not going active. That's why most audiophiles don't use them if you know what you're doing setting crossovers and gains.

@@PoppaTInstall Im not using a passive crossover only the in line bass blocker that came with the super tweeters then straight to the amplifier.
