To me, the mystery is that people will happily part with good money for clothes they may not like or might not fit them. I'm lost for words that this is a thing. I might be old fashioned but prefer to choose my own clothes and try them on first.

most sellers will have you specify measurements so they know what fits, and you always have to do your research to make sure you're buying from trusted sellers that offer returns. its definitely not for everyone though, especially if you arent into the expensive fashion stuff but i hope you understand it a little more now.

The only way these companies can operate is by ensuring that they send most people items of lesser value.

I genuinely don’t think that’s the case with Heat. More likely they buy direct from brands at a discounted price as it’s end of season.They also offer 14 day returns on all boxes if you’re not happy too. So if you think you’ve been done you can get your money back 👌🏼
