HyperX sells PBT keycaps, made specially for their keyboards. Those actually look great and they should include them with their keyboars, even if it rises the price a little bit.

Well, the switch manufacturing process has improved a lot compared to years back. So the ultimate reliability still depends on the trial of time .

I have a question. Do you hear any noise of the aluminum when typing? Im currently having a Roccat Vulcan 120 Aimo and im annoyed of the aluminum making *BING* with every key pressed. Does the HyperX Alloy Origins have the same problem?

The spacebar yes, but not on other keys. If those sort of things annoy you - I suggest taking a look at the Leopold keyboard instead. They're very nice to type on.

I experience a mild ping noise that I only hear with the headphones off. Have you experienced the same thing on your model or on any other mechanical keyboard I only tested 2 mechanical keyboards so far, apex 7(which was returned for severe ping noise) and alloy origins. So I'm pretty new to mechanical keyboards.

Thanks for the comment! The ping noise is quite difficult to know for sure which keyboard has it and which one does not, unless we get to try it for ourselves. From what we can gather, adding a bit of gel-based lube can minimize the ping but it's definitely not something that I'll advise people to do. Personally, I've gotten a Leopold FC750R PD and I'm loving it so far. We also have a video reviewing the other Leopold keyboard, which I fanboy all over it because it's just good.

considering the keyboard build, I think HyperX has done a great job on it. Definitely worth buying unless you're eyeing on some other enthusiast level custom keyboards.

How do the HyperX reds compare to Gateron Reds?

I think the most significant difference here is the stiffness of the switch. The Gateron Red is a lot lighter. Comes down to a matter of preference, really.

I can't say if it is worth or not. Both of them have pretty similar build quality but with different switches. It depends on your personal preference

Does it feel good when typing with it? Does it get tiering of typing with the red switch's. I have never felt a mechanical keyboard and I want to buy this one. I do lotsa of gaming and typing but don't want the aqua ones.

For me, yes it feels good. Keyboards are a very personal thing which words and videos can't describe. It's best to try it for yourself, if possible.

Hmmm... I wouldn't say it's better. They're both quite different. The HyperX Red switch is more similar to the Cherry MX Silver switches, I think.

there isnt its the same. Red switches for example cherry mx red are linear, while blue is clicky and tactile and brown is just tactile

I bought one hyper x tkl keyboard, the queality of the keys was disapointing, sharp edges the paint of the keys disappear not by the use but due to the bad quality, i didnt recommend that brand
