The RGL is really good for that escort mission. Even if it doesn’t kill the zombies right away it’ll knock them down so they stop attacking. But pack three and epic+ tools delete zombies too

Just use V-R11 for escort missions in Aether. Shooting your escort vehicle with the V-R11 will repair it to 100%. Same goes for your vehicles gasoline & HP.

If people played BR at the end of the last cycle Some of yall might remember the Double Barrel shotgun, it’s got a unlockable attachment that shoots both barrels at once Add to this slugs and pack it, you now shoot 4 slugs at once, in theory, I haven’t used it with the attachment yet, but it’s on my list

I recommend switching the choke out for the skeletonized guard. You get crazy movement speed, 7.4m/s tac sprint and 6m/s sprint speeds. Also dead shot is very powerful when on controller.

If you have a VR-11 and pack it, it helps in the tier 4 zone as free decoys when you shoot a zombie, but also it can fully heal the escort and any and all vehicles, and Aether blades

Last night I went in there with my brother and some random without a mic. We did the first two contracts easily. For the escort contract we had two sentry guns sitting on top of the vehicle pointing front and back. My brother and I both had two level 3 packed weapons (akimbo pistols and akimbo SMGs). The random had upgraded weapons too. That dude stayed with us the entire time, during both of the first contracts, then took off across the map when we started the escort. We got to the last stop and the vehicle got destroyed within seconds of us completing the contract. Man that random dude pissed us off. Literally attached to our hip the entire time until the one time we actually needed his help ha. The next game we loaded up again with a bunch of sentry guns and purple grenades, had a random on our team that seemed alright, and picked up a fourth to head into the aether with us to try it again. All of us spent the game getting all our guns up to level 3 pack, all the stuff we needed, brought in orange wrenches, and as soon as we connect to go into the aether, we get kicked back to the main menu haha. It was time to call it a night.

Done the dark aether a few times now and the elder version too. The escort mission is definitely the hard part (other 2 pretty easy) but id recommend inviting others to you're squad, it made it alot easier.

Crossbow still broken. Its a bug or feature that Bolts seem to scale damage with tiers so even a pack 1 explosive bolts will do more damage in tier 3 than 2 or 1. It 1 shots in tier 3 with only pap 1

Just so you guys know, the guard acessory category is bugged, and none of them effect the fire rate (chamber speed) except for the heavy guard which makes the ROF plummet. The barrels mag size matches how many slug pellets you get, so the 10 shell barrel is best, followed by the 8. The same goes for standard pellets in MP, the pellet count equals how many shells it holds. Its considered a bug, so the 680 may get a huge indirect nerf when its fixed. I would also suggest you look at the canted laser as that gives zero spread and a faster and cleaner ads, or the intlas optic (aftermarket part) as it gives the best hipfire of all lasers AND you get a red dot.

It's exactly the same in the elder tier 5 version but you only get 15 minutes. I've done both with team of 3 and teams of 6 done tier 4 approx 15 times and tier 5 twice and I think it's just the same. You need golden armour and aether blade and a tier 3 dog. More than one dog if in a team and you can do it. Save 3 kazamirs for the escort contract. Take 3 self revives and use decoys for the aether extractor and outlast is easy. 2 turret circuits for the escort are essential when solo. If u pay attention there is a turret at all 3 stops the escort acv makes. Your welcome. 😉 I've done solo in tier 4 like that I know its possible u just need to practice and it becomes predictable af Edit: but it took me 4 attempts solo ngl and I only did it after going over ten times with teams and watching some other stats then making my own pathway. It's supreme easy with scorcher for obvious reasons.

Shoot the escort vehicle with the vr-11. It heals the vehicle up to 100 percent. Don't have to worry about the health on the thing. Note there is a small delay before it starts healing. But I promise it works.

I randomly used the Lockwood 300 for a game and I’m convinced it’s even stronger than this, it’s got a crazy double blast emptying both barrels, speed cola is a must though. I’ve rarely gone into tier 3 but was able to solo a mega abomination with it

And yet here were are again, killing this comparison with the akimbo Tyr's. You are drastically limited by the number of swarming dogs and super sprinters you can kill with the lockwood 300, and also the 680 here, by tube capacity and reloading. With the Tyr, you can EASILY solo ALL content in tier 3, including firing infinitely for normal zombies by simply shooting one Tyr at a time. By the time you shoot all of the rounds in your second, the first one is reloaded. It's infinite firing. Then, the Tyr's one blast a mega abominations head while shooting its beams. Even after the nerf, the Tyr's are still absolutely unrivaled.

@@SgtCreepyGaming Akimbo + Snake shot is a must. Snake shot is an armory only unlock. After that, I'd recommend Ullr's Fury for faster fire rate, ZIU-16 long barrel for damage range, and Verdant Hook Mounted Laser for hipfire spread. (The season 1 balance pass crushed the 1mw laser for the Tyr).

I throughly disagree. RGL, Wasp Akimbo, Cor-45, then whatever new best gun in the game of the week is. Why the Cor-45? Well, deadshot and rate of fire put it on par with the Lockwood 680 BUT the reload on the Cor-45 is what puts it ahead of the 680. You have an instant reload with the Cor-45. Reload for the 680 is still about 3-4 seconds. You can reload the Cor-45 in under a second.

Tbh the reload speed isnt bad at all when packed and you got speed cola. And frankly slower movement doesnt matter cause typically your second weapon slot should be fist or karambit to maximize your movement. It still 1 taps zombies in tier 3 without legendary and pap 3. Its only downside is sprint to fire but it holds more ammo in the gun unlike the tyrs 5 rounds
