This is my favorite bag. I have it in original mono and the empriente marine rouge. Ive had no issues with either bag! I would have them in every color if i could afford it lol

I bought the monogram in this design today and was questioning it’s bit. I love the practicality of it and the way it falls on me. This is my first LV bag and wondering if I should get a larger one since it will be an everyday bag. This video helped me to feel much better about my purchase.

Thanks for making such a recent video. I’ve decided I’d better pick this up before the next price hike and have been waffling on whether or not to go with the reverse, tbh I’ve loved it since I first saw it and I REALLY love that there’s no PITA vachetta leather despite it being canvas! 😅 And, thanks for talking about strap length for us shorter girls!

I loved watching all your videos on pochette metis. I have been debating between the leather and the reverse monogram and finally went for the reverse. The leather is tourterelle is not off the list yet...it was so soft when I had try in the store that I think I will still buy it someday. And I 100% agree on black bags...I feel exactly the same! Since buying luxury I have not owned a single black bag and I can see I'm just not gravitating towards black.

Love this bag! Mine is in limited edition mono with braided top handle and cream leather strap. My all weather, all occasion bag. The leather strap is extremely comfortable and soft…not seen like this on other LV bags. BTW..really like how you carry your hair! 💙

I had 2 - the reverse (2019) and empreinte (2021) and both had glazing issues. Keep an eye on your glazing, but aside from that, I loved that bag.

This is probably the best bag review I have ever seen. Thank you for such detail. If you don’t mind me asking how tall are you? You said it falls on your hips and on the smallest setting. I’m 5’ so I wonder how it would sit. I do have a carryall mm in leather and the Odeon which both fits me well.

I have a question, please. I bought mine in the reverse in 2019. Mine started having a strange oder ,similar to sour milk. I have never carried anything in the bag, other than a 2023 LV cosmetic pouch that 2023 envelope wallet . With the oder, I no longer want to carry anything in the bag for fear of the oder transferring onto something else. I haven't contacted LV,but I have heard of others having the same problem with this particular bag. Otherwise, I love this bag. It's my go-to out of several. Any suggestions?

Hi Susan, I had never heard of this issue before. Odor issues are tough I suppose to deal with. Have you tried keeping baking soda inside? Google “getting smell out of purse” there’s a few products that come up. I haven’t tried them but they may be worth a shot. If the odor is coming from the canvas I’m not sure there is much you can do. You can always try to talk to LV about it but not sure what they would say.

Hmm not sure why your handle is light pink? Do you mean it’s raw vachetta? If so you can always add a twilly to cover the vachetta. I love the Métis in east west as well.

The one thing that I don't like about it is that I cannot fit my phone in the back so I would have to open the bag for that. If that doesn't bother you than it's a great first choice, pretty, and functional. I like the regular PM b/c it fits my phone and is functional...
