Is the LTD EC-10 a Good Beginner Guitar?

@@MrLildraw Please do... sorry man, I couldn't watch more than 2 minutes... I bet your review is good, but I will never know for sure. This video reminded me of these "lektor" thing they have on Polish TV for foreign programs and movies, it's something between dubbing and original audio. You can't hear the original dialogues well and you can't pay full attention to the guy speaking the translation. I was lost between you talking and hearing the music. Do you have an updated version of this review? I'd be happy to watch it.

I ve been using this guitar for 2 years. But I'm lucky to get one limited edition full satin black (including back of the neck) I also changed the bridge and tuners to black. Now the guitar looks like $600-700 one. And the sound of it is the best for a budget guitar. Love it.

Good review dude. I had an EC-100 back in 2004 when it had Duncan Designed pick-ups. Easy to play, comfortable and cheap to upgrade.

I bought an EC 10 just to have something to jam on with the hatred. Now it's grown on me, and I kinda want to upgrade to a higher grade, because the neck on mine is so fucking awesome.

Just bought one of these for my teenage son. We tried a pile of sub $500 guitars and even some expense Fenders and Gibsons. Nothing felt right to him (or me). When he tried the EC-10, he said "Dad, this is the one!" I didn't believe him, because I'm a Gibson snob, but he was right. It's a great playing guitar and looks slick, too. It's the modern day version of the Les Paul Jr or the Melody Maker.

Nice video, good insights on the ergonomics especially! I am in love with my ec-10 (have it for about 6 months) like you said it's a metal machine, even with stock pickups (at least through bias fx2). I also think aesthetically it's a total knockout considering the price... as well as a fairly unique and tasteful take on the les paul design. I agree with you it's a solid choice for any beginner, and especially any budding metal players out there :-).

Great video, I am hesitating between this guitar and this model Ibanez GRGA120QA-TBB Gio there is only 44 euros difference, I am beguinner guitar what would you recommend between the two

Mmmmm that is a tough call my friend. They both are really good guitars. I have play that Ibanez, but not for a long time. only once at my friends house. I would tell you to go for the LTD, but this is only because I own it, and I feel that isn't fair to the Ibanez. Either way you go, you wont be disappointed
