It shouldn't be because the thing is 30 years old and in real life it was notorious for not making any downforce. The aero did reduce lift but it wasn't sufficient enough to actually make downforce. Of course GT7 doesn't care about that reality because Polyphony put the car in Gr.3 so it has to be balanced with other Gr.3s

It’s among the worst gr3 cars - doesn’t perform in the corners at all. R8 Evo is good for this track aside from the traditional RSR, Huracan, M6 group.
