Been living in Medellin for 4yrs now. My first trip to Medellin I stayed in this neighborhood (Blux). Balance is my go-to dental place. I'm now personal friends with the doctor, I've seen him so much. The best dental office in Medellin. Very nice neighborhood. Nice video!!

Awesome! Las Lomas 1 is also one of my favorites. Had brunch in that Al Alma café last month and it was fantastic in every aspect, highly recommended.

Thanks for the comment it’s been a while since we sold this place to be honest, I can’t remember the price, but I can tell you this that any legal daily rental hotel like this tends to be on the higher end of the prices because you have permission to rent daily and this is a very nice project.
