Just wanted to tell it's time you should call out the toxic Indian work culture, you have a good reach and it will surely make an impact. Indian employees are being exploited in the name of hard work. Despite having a contract of 9 hours work day, employees are forced to work 12 hours, sometimes on weekends, without any OT. People are losing their lives as they don't want to get laid off and work their asses off with no regards to their health. govt will come and go, but this needs to change. Hope you will listen.
